Let's get active: Monday

Warm up:
Neck- move forwards and backwards x 10
Shoulder - roll forwards x 5 roll backwards x 5
Hips- bend side to side x 10
Jog on the spot
Reach and squat - arms above head, bend knees x 20
Windmill - touch toe with opposite hand x 20
Knee up and hop x 10
Star jumps x 10
bend and jump x 10
punches x 10
Kicks x 10
Skipping x 10

Activity: 
Sticky kids
1, 'when the team comes marching in
2, On your marks
3, weekly workout
4, As fast as I can go
5, Run as fast as me

Cool down:
Stretches

It was great to see some parents joining in. The feedback was great, they even suggested that Wendy should do it every day for the children and parents.
