8 oz Self Raising Flour
Pinch of Salt
Jam
3 oz Butter
Milk to mix
2 oz Sugar
Method
Sift flour and
salt
Rub in the
butter
Add sugar and
milk
Mix to a soft
dough
Knead well
Divide into
pieces and make a hole in each
Add the jam
Bake on a
greased baking tray at 200C for about 15 - 20 minutes
