Christmas sing along .....

This afternoon some of the pre school children and staff went up to Northwood Nursing and Residential Care Home to sing their Christmas songs. We took some chocolates for the residents....

 

Christmas closure...

A reminder to all parents that Nursery closes on Friday 23rd December 2016 and will re open on Tuesday 3rd December 2017...

The main focus for this activity was 'Active Learning'

• Being involved and concentrating 
• Keeping on trying 
• Enjoying achieving what they set out to do

The song we sing when carrying out this activity is: 

'What's in the box?, What's in the box?

Come and have a look, what's in the box?

(ask one of the staff to sing the song to you so you know the tune) 

Millie's Mark

As many of you will already be aware, we have always aimed for ALL of the St. Mary's Team to have suitable Paediatric First Aid Training.

Our staff have done the 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Training.

We are currently in the process of applying for an accreditation for 'Millie's Mark'

Pre School Christmas performance......

Well done to all the children and the staff for their brilliant performance. I am unable to blog photos due to some parents requesting their child's photo isn't  published on social media.

Making Christmas Cards ....

Some of our Tweeine children went into Pre School to make Christmas card pictures on the computer....

Pre School enjoyed using all the creative materials to create their own cards....
