Look what we found in the garden......

Steph moved some of the logs in the pre school garden and found some worms, the children were fascinated. The children used some really good describing words such as 'cold, long, slimy, wriggly, dirty'. The children talked about the worms being friends and that we should put them back under the log together.
After handling the worms the children washed their hands, discussing the importance of getting rid of all the germs.

Tweenies go on a car hunt......

We went out looking at different cars; learning about keeping safe on the roads. Whilst we were out of nursery we looked for signs of spring and also had our snack in the forest.....
